Elaine Hylton is a highly accomplished senior operations professional with over 20 years of experience in leading and transforming operational strategies in the Telecommunications and Finance Industries. With a strong track record of driving operational excellence, she has served as a consultant to various organizations, providing expert guidance on operations management and process improvement.
Elaine holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus Jamaica, and an MSc from the Mona School of Business and Management UWI Kingston Jamaica. She is also a certified and trained Project Manager.
